We care for people that care for people.

Radical Joy aims to reduce the burnout of people who work in social service industries. We focus on populations that have historically been excluded from practicing self-care.

This includes educators, social workers, nurses, activists, parents etc. We want to remind people of their inherent worth outside of servicing others in hopes of creating mentally and emotionally healthy communities.

We also pay particular attention to supporting BIPOC/BAME people because in these industries there is an extra layer of societal oppression that creates even more challenging circumstances for these individuals.

We have over 10 years of public service experience in the realms of education, community organizing, and mental health.

We do this by providing:

We have served over 400 participants and more than 15 organizations, with 90% of organizations being returning clients.

This work has gone global with us facilitating workshops, leading retreats, and doing school consulting in 5 countries; the United States, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, and the United Kingdom.

We care for people that care for people, and believe that joy is radical, especially for those that have been historically deprived of it.
