We care for people that care for people.

Radical Joy Inc aims to support those suffering from burnout due to the oppressive ideologies we currently live under today. We focus on populations that have historically been excluded from practicing self-care and wellness such as educators, social service workers, caregivers, activists, and people of color. We want to remind people of their inherent worth outside of work, in hopes of creating mentally and emotionally healthy and balanced communities.

Radical Joy Inc aims to prevent burnout of people who work in social service industries. This includes educators, social workers, nurses, parents, etc. We want to help people rid themselves of the capitalist belief that our worth lives solely in our work and help them see themselves as whole people.

We also pay particular attention to supporting BIPOC/BAME people in these industries as the extra layer of societal oppression creates even more challenging circumstances for these individuals. We have over 10 years of public service experience in the realms of education, community organizing, and mental health.

We do this by providing sliding scale and subsidized 1 to 1 mental health services to those in financial need.

We do this through Self-Care and Mental Health Workshops which provide immediate support to employees and students so they can better cope with the challenging nature of social service industries.

We also do this through Social Justice & DEI Training and Consultancy to reduce harmful practices and help organizations restructure their policies and procedures to be in alignment with wellness and DEI standards, leading to better retention rates and improved quality of service.

We have served over 300 participants and more than 15 organizations, with 90% of organizations being returning clients.

This work has gone global with us facilitating workshops, leading retreats, and doing school consulting in 5 countries; the United States, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, and the United Kingdom.

We care for people that care for people.
