Mental Health Support

For the people that care for people

As a formerly burned-out secondary school teacher & social worker, providing care for those working in public service is near and dear to me. We aim to reduce burnout and improve retention rates so educators can happily and healthily do their life’s work. Are focus areas are Boston, Massachusetts, and London, UK.

We provide this support via mental health therapy, self-care retreats, and school based workshops.

People name feeling revived, cared for, and empowered after experiencing our services. We've earned praise for being engaging, compassionate, witty, and knowledgeable.

During our Mental Health therapy, retreats, and workshops we:

  • Learn the true meaning & importance of self-care & healthy boundaries.

  • Learn how to change our mindset so we feel less guilt for choosing ourselves.

  • Learn to recognize triggers and process secondary trauma.

  • Learn how to fit self-care into our busy schedules and tight budgets.

  • Learn concrete action steps and use real-life scenarios.

  • Lean into joy & rest.
