Healthy Teachers

As a formerly burned-out secondary school teacher & social worker, providing care for those working in public service is near and dear to me. We aim to reduce burnout and improve retention rates so educators can happily and healthily do their life’s work. Are focus areas are Boston, Massachusetts, and London, UK.

Participants leave our workshops and retreats feeling revived, cared for, and empowered to look after themselves. We've earned praise for being engaging, compassionate, witty, and knowledgeable.

During our Workshops, Retreats, and Mental Health Counseling programs we:

  • Learn the true meaning & importance of self-care & healthy boundaries.

  • Learn how to change our mindset so we feel less guilt for choosing ourselves.

  • Learn to recognize triggers and process secondary trauma.

  • Learn how to fit self-care into our busy schedules and tight budgets.

  • Learn concrete action steps and use real-life scenarios.

  • Lean into joy & rest.
