Meet your facilitators for the day:
Lead Facilitator
Rahema Mooltrey, LICSW, M.Ed
Rahema is a mental health therapist, educator, writer, and joy spreader. She has over 15 years of experience in education and mental health and uses a social justice lens in her work to help people reclaim their confidence and joy in life. She believes that maintaining balance and practicing self-care is a way to protest against oppressive systems in society.
Support Facilitator
Johanna Lujan-Garcia
Johanna is a creative and conscientious who takes pleasure holding space for people to share their thoughts and feelings with no judgement. She is currently studying Counselling Level 2 and will progress to earn a diploma. As a parent, Johanna has learned to manage competing priorities with resilience, creativity, and focus and is excited to help participants do the same!
Yoga Instructor
Dr Nneka Irechukwa
Dr. Nneka has been been a yoga practitioner for 10 years. She teaches Ashtanga vinyasa, Vinyasa, The Rocket and Yin- a great combination of Yang and Yin. She also has a PhD in Respiratory Medicine and has spent most of her adult life practicing medical research and consulting in health communications. For her, yoga is for everyone and everybody.
